1. Quotes & Pricing

• All prices are subject to confirmation based on bike model, availability, and condition.
  
  

• Quotes provided on WhatsApp are valid for 24 hours, unless stated otherwise.
  
  

• Prices may change without notice due to supplier cost changes.
  
  

2. Compatibility & Part Matching

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct bike model and year.
  
  

• If unsure, customers are encouraged to send clear photos for part matching.
  
  

• MMR is not responsible for incorrect parts supplied due to wrong or incomplete information provided by the customer.
  
  

3. Payments

• Payment must be made in full before parts are released or ordered.
  
  

• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at time of sale.
  
  

• No parts will be reserved without payment.
  
  

4. Returns & Exchanges

• No cash refunds on parts.
  
  

• Exchanges are only considered if:
  
  

  • The part is unused
    
    

  • Returned within 48 hours
    
    

  • In original condition and packaging
    
    

• Electrical parts (including batteries, wiring, bulbs) are NOT returnable once sold.
  
  

5. Installation & Labour

• Parts purchased from MMR do not automatically include installation, unless agreed in writing.
  
  

• MMR is not responsible for damage caused by third-party installation.
  
  

• Labour quotes are separate from parts pricing.
  
  

6. Collection & Delivery

• Customers will be notified when parts are ready for collection.
  
  

• Delivery (if available) is at the customer’s risk, unless otherwise agreed.
  
  

• Delays caused by suppliers or couriers are outside MMR’s control.
  
  

7. No Liability for Downtime

• MMR is not liable for loss of income, delivery delays, or downtime resulting from part failure or delays.
  
  

8. Right to Refuse Service

• MMR reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive, fraudulent, or disrespectful behaviour.
  
  

9. Acceptance of Terms

• By purchasing parts or requesting a quote, the customer agrees to these Terms & Policies.
